[Scan-DC] MT article on Troopers

  I seem to remember- was it last year?- an article in MT that went
into great detail about the Trooper helos- and had a terrific 
frequency list, and even described the radios they used.  I think
MT has it as a reprint; but I'm wondering if the author of that
article is on that list.  If s/he is, is it possible to reprint
that article for CHM or does MT have exclusive rights?

  It would be an excellant addition to the data I am accum'ing for
the Maryland page.
