Talbot,Dorchester, and Caroline uses 39.96 with 155.73 as vehicle repeaters.
39.10 is the mutual aid channel between Dorchester and MSP. They can cross
patch this channel to their Johnson MultiNet 800 system. 

There is a repeater at Blades, DE fire co. They do not cross repeat other
counties anymore. They only repeat the Sussex 800mhz fire channels. There is
another repeater in Seaford on 453.900 mhz (dcs 516) that also repeats
Sussex 800 plus Seaford Fire Dept.
