  Some of you might have seen the articles recently on the Internet
Radio Linking Project or IRLP.  Basically it's a network of nodes
allowing hams (on 2 meters or 440, mostly) to talk almost literally
across this planet using Voice over IP.  What you may not know
is that there are a couple of links in our area.  You will find that
the some links aren't connected up 24x7, but when they are, listening
in can be quite a kick.  Here are the URLs for the area IRLP
