In addition to what Eric stated, the WISKEY units also run radio calls for a
"group of subject drinking" etc. on MCPD dispatch channels. Again, usually
on the weekend or major, summer holidays.

You'll hear more and more from them as the summer progresses. Also, they
normally do not operate standard PD cruisers. I worked a call with them a
few years back and they arived in a ho-hum Jeep Cherokee Sport. I've also
have seen them at parties operating out of Chevy vans.
