[Scan-DC] MCPD Whiskey Units

Sorry to bother the group yet again.  This is my third email today.  But I
got a question I've been wondering about for quite some time.

Does anyone know if the MCPD Whiskey Units (a group of cops that bust
under-age alcohol parties on Friday and Saturday nights) have their own
frequency for free talk?

Its a group of them, and they work together (one came into my Health class
during school 2 weeks ago and was telling us what their function is), so I
am asumeing that they need their own channel to communicate with each other.

Any guesses?
