I thought Montgomery County Police used the terms PIA for "Personal Injury
Accident," and PDA for "Property Damage Accident"

Thanks. Alexandria PD don't use that term. They say either "10-50 PDO" if
it's property damage only and no one's hurt or "10-50 PI" if someone has
been hurt. I've never heard "PIC." I don't think Arlington uses it
either.
