Frederick County SO (39.020 or TG 16 on Trunk) tried to stop a possible =
DWI; he took off on 70.  They broke it off when he hit Howard County; =
HowCo MSP and PD picked it up, they chased him down 70 a ways, then back =
into Carroll County.  Carroll County MSP just stopped him with Stop =
Sticks at Cooper Lane near Springfield Hospital.  1 in Custody.  DWI and =
a bunch of other charges.  He also rammed an MSP cruiser when he =
stopped.  MSP Westminister is going to charge the guy, everyone else =
will have to add on charges.  Ops 39.520 or Talk Group 3052 on Carroll =
County trunked.
