All,

This evening caught an exchange on 165.2375 (PL 100.0) between callsign 
P-6025 and Sector.  P-6025 asked Sector if they were in their database for a 
clearance from 1028/1029 (tag & license checks) by units in the Baltimore 
area.

After a few seconds Sector advised them that they were not in the database. 
P-6025 revealed that they were a new Baltimore unit and that they would have 
to make sure that they were in the database.
