[Scan-DC] Friday night "fun"

[The Emissary]

Got pulled over for "running a red light" which I failed to see. I pulled 
out my registration and the US Capitol Policeman (i think that's what it 
was) just asked if I had anything to drink right away. (I'm pretty sure he 
just wanted to see if i was drunk). He let me off the hook in a heartbeat. 
The way he was talking it sounded like he didn't even care about this 
"mysterious" red light that me and 4 of my other friends did not see.

opinions anyone?
