[Scan-DC] MSP 39.14 repeating something

I'm hearing what I believe to be Maryland State Police
Annapolis barracks on 39.14 repeating out other radio
transmissions. As is typical with these cross-patches
the audio is almost completely unintelligble because
it is overdriving the transmitter so badly, so I can't
figure out who it is. (Why can't technicians adjust
audio levels properly???) I can make out that they are
police running stolen and wanted checks, but that's
about it. I have a hunch that it just might be
the Bay Bridge police on 453.575, but that's a guess.

Was this left on after an operation by mistake or is
this a test of some sort? I don't hear any transmissions
emanating directly from the Annapolis barracks to
the "J" units.
