Devil's were CAP'ing somewhere, possibly Three Mile Island Nuclear Plant as 
I heard mention of that before they called Huntress, and then went to hit a 
tanker.

Tango Charlie - unknown, but Waterbug 606 was duplex talking to him (calling 
on one freq, being answered on another)
