[Scan-DC] Multiple Tornadoes, Collapse, general alarm Chas. Cty. MD 19:15

     If in fact it is a repeater operation, it is an alligator...all mouth and
no ears due to the repeater input frequency sensitivity threshold set so high.
In my opinion, that is a self defeating purpose for a repeater operation.  A
repeater's coverage should be I/O balanced.  You just know probably one result
from this disaster....another big buck 800 mhz. trunked comm system.
