[Scan-DC] Medevacs in Charles County

All,

Syscom (44.74) at 2055 EDT informed one of the Troopers helos that the 
following helos were deployed to assist in medevacs in Charles County:

2 Troopers
Park Police (Eagle)
PG County (PG #)
2 Stat10's

They were holding off dispatching any others until they can decide how to 
provide state-wide coverag with what's left.

The LZ is La Plata High school grounds but helos are being warned that there 
no electricity in the area and there's a 400-ft unlit tower in the vicinity 
of the LZ.
