[Scan-DC] Defcon 2?

Hello Kevin and all,

I assure you we are not at Defcon 2. And after looking at the source for the
info, a 3860 ham net, I think that pretty much says it all.

I heard it from one of the participants in a net (ARES?) on
3.860MHz tonight at 20:17 EDT.  The other participants
appeared to take it seriously.  Someone asked him what the
source of the threat was and he said "I can't disclose that."

So far I have not found any other source to verify this.
