[Scan-DC] Possible new 121st FS VHF freq

All,

Tonight caught a couple of F-16s on VHF freq of 138.875 AM.  Although they 
only used callsigns 1 & 2  their voices sounded very familiar--I believe they 
were from the 121st FS DC ANG at Andrews.

Right after 9/11 the 121st FS either dropped or lost their Victor 9 freq of 
125.125.  That is now a Philadelphia approach freq. Perhaps this new freq of 
138.75 now replaces that old Victor 9 freq.
