[Scan-DC] DC Demonstrators

I saw a couple of Fairfax PD buses as well as 5-6 of their SUV plus support
vehicles headed up Connecticut around noon today.

well, I only _assumed_ that Falcon One was an MPD chopper. Seems to make
sense from context. I know that Eagle is the Park Police. Maryland State
Police helicopters I'm pretty sure are "Trooper #". But for all I know
Falcon One could be from some other agency that's helping out downtown
today. I have heard references to "other agencies" on the radio; the only
specific agency I can remember being mentioned is MSP, and it's not their
chopper, but there's several other possibilities as to who that chopper
might belong to. If I had to put money on it though, I'd say DC is the
most likely.
