[Scan-DC] world bank demonstrations

Did anybody notice that there was MPD broadcast being simulcasted on ALL 
Family Radio Service (FRS) frequencies?  What's up with that?!

My guess is MPD locked-up all the FRS so that the protesters couldn't 
communicate and organize.  That's giving the protesters alot more respect and 
learning from the past.  Hats-off to MPD for that move.

Also...what's the deal with the "Anarchists"?  They were always the major 
trouble makers that needed their "skulls realighned" and they were missing 
along with the pepper spray and riot gear.  Did someone DISINVITE them this 
year?  How do you go about keeping them away I wonder?
