[Scan-DC] VHF Ducting

Got this from another list:

Very possible to see visuals and very possible to work Aurora mode
DX. I've been hearing FM Radio stations normally not heard at my
location. "

That was posted around midnight last night.  Earlier in the evening, around 
9-10 PM I was hearing DCA controllers on 118.95; 119.85; 124.2; 125.65 and 
257.2 loud and clear.  I don't normally hear these guys at all.  Also Andrews 
tower 118.4 and approach 119.3  were louder than normal.
