[Scan-DC] CAP flights and other news

Good morning.  Thought I would share this with the group.  This is one of the 
best articles I've read about the continuing CAP flights over the DC area.  

In other news, I just moved from Arlington to McLean this week, and it may be 
another month before I get my rigs fully operational again. I haven't heard 
much intell about the protests this weekend.  However, all the northeastern 
states are under FBI alert against possible terrorist attacks.  That may or 
not be in the papers today.
