[Scan-DC] Two questions

Last year around during the Spring IMF/World Bank demonstrations someone 
suggested setting up an Instant Messenger real-time chat group/chat room for 
the Scan-DC group.  I think it is worth looking into to share information on 
a real-time basis about situations unfolding on the air waves in the 
DC-Baltimore area.  Is there still any interest in this, and what would be 
the best platform to put it on?

Second question. Did anyone capture and post on the Internet the audio of the 
first minutes of the emergency response to the Pentagon incident on September 
11?  I thought I remembered a couple of postings on this group soon after the 
date.
