Uzbek Air was probably Uzbek President Karimov

While close in time, their visits are not related.

At 2124Z Aeroflot 9006 landed at Andrews, hot on the heels of the Uzbek 
aircraft.

A comment on the Uzbek aircraft, Although his English was
heavily-accented 
the pilot was very good, knew his stuff and came into Andrews as if he'd
done 
it many times. This guy was good.
