All,

Had to run some errands between BWI & Annapolis this PM so took my trusty 
handheld and did a little mobile monitoring along the way. Sorry, no PL 
codes....my RS Pro-90 doesn't read out CTCSS.

1. There was heavy encrypted activity on 165.2375 most of the afternoon.  Did 
catch a little clear voice between a couple of India 9XX units (one of them a 
canine unit). By their chat they were both inside of BWI Airport.

2. Caught a little activity on 164.8625. I have this as CIA Hqs Security.  I 
was surprised to hear this in a mobile mode in the Annapolis area.  Callsign 
Lighthouse was working w/units 6 & 10 while they were checking out a 
suspicious person in the area and running a couple of venicle tags.

3. Caught come activity on 162.250.  I have that as US Capitol Police.  
Again, a little surprised to hear that one just using the stubby antenna in a 
mobile mode.

4. Intermittent throughout the afternoon in encrypted comms.
