All,

Today in the late 1600 hour (EST) caught a couple of mobile units working in 
the clear on 167.6625 (PL 167.9).

One of the units advised the other that he was near Orleans St and would try 
to catch up to the target when he got off on the ramp.  He later gave another 
position as on 66th St, just off Pulaski Hwy, near Rosedale.  

NOTE: To my knowledge, these are Baltimore City area locations. I have this 
freq listed as a Washington FBI freq.
