[Scan-DC] Possible DEA Ops, 4 Mar 02

All,

Starting in the early 1700 hour (EST) caught several units working on 418.05 
(no PL).

They were apparently trailing a target. At least two of the units were trying 
to maneuver through the rush hour traffic so as to be in front of and behind 
the target. The untis were only noted for about 5 minutes then went silent 
(or more likely, Nextel)

In the late 1800 hour (EST) also caught 724 working with unit 01 on 418.95 
(no PL).
