[Scan-DC] Shenandoah Fire

While passing through Mineral, Virginia around 17:00 local time, I heard
comms on 411.850 that were directing a Ranger(?) to link up with a force of
state firefighters in the vicinity of Lucas Hollow near Dobel (?) Mtn. trail
and another (garbled) trail.
