[Scan-DC] FBI on 167.4375

All,

I had encrypted traffic on 167.4375 (PL 167.9) for most of the early evening. 
 Then, around 2020 EST they came up in clear voice.

There were two mobile units trying to arrange a rendezvous point. Heard 
mention of a Reynolds (street??). One of the units turned into an alley off 
of Reynolds. 

One of the units used callsign D-3 and was trying to contact Station. The 
second unit used callsign D-13 trying to contact any C-16 unit in the 
Langston area. 

D-13 advised the C-16 units that they had a suspect in custody and that they 
were bringing him in.  He asked Station to let the FBI Police (?????) know 
they were coming in with a prisoner. They were taking him to " the ranch."

D-13 asked an unit (agent's name) to meet them at Suitland Parkway and 
Stanton. 

C-16/2 advised Station that they too were bringing in a prisoner. A few 
minutes later, C-16/2 advised Station that they had responded to an auto 
accident at South Capitol & 3 St SE.  The accident happened in front of them 
as they were transporting their prisoner. They asked Station to advise MPD 
1st District about the accident.

Both D-13 and C-16/2 delivered their prisoners to Station which was 
apparently 5 miles from the arrest locations. 

The clear comms ended about 2100 EST.
