[Scan-DC] Action at Polly Esther's

I caught most of the action.  It was a large group fighting.  It sounded like 
the PD pepper sprayed someone.  Fire/Rescue showed up and then had to retreat 
as the escalation continued.  Bottles were being thrown at the PD.  They too 
retreated.  I counted over 30 MCP, Rockville City, and MSP officers checking 
on the scene.  They brought the transport van, but I did not hear any in 
custody.  I heard 3 calls for ambulances for civilians and 1 call for an 
officer w/a deep cut.  

The freq was 494.7125.
