Actually the plan is to re-number the Fair Oaks station from 8 to one. The
Sully station will become station eight. Units begining with 9 aren't
training they are field units, meaning they cover the entire assigned
station areas as compared to just one patrol area. Scout 950 can go anywhere
in the Reston district, 980 anywhere in the Fair Oaks District and so on.
