[Scan-DC] QTH.Net Needs Our Help

Alan:

The Scan-DC list and the CHM newsletters have been a wonderful resource to us 
all and they come at a rather cheap cost to us. I know that you have not gone 
out with a call for dues in a long while.  One option would be to pony up a 
"Special Request for Dues" maybe 15-20 dollars from all of the CHM members 
and keep what you need for administrative overhead and send the rest as a 
contribution on behalf of CHM.
