[Scan-DC] Incident in Alexandria

I just turned my scanner on, so I'm not exactly sure what's happening. I
think someone is threatening to set off a natural gas explosion in the
public housing project on the north edge of Old Town. This would be in
the blocks near Fairfax, Prince, Oronoco, and Pitt Streets. The
authorities are trying to shut off the gas now. Fire is there; bus
service is messed up. There's lots of radio chatter.
