[Scan-DC] Customs Aircraft Back Again, 30 Jan

This morning in the 0900 hour (EST) Omaha 48L (Eurocopter AS-350, N4048L, New 
York) was back again this morning.  He was working with Sector on 165.2375 
(aircraft only heard). He informed Sector that since it was raining at the 
time in his area that he was going to return to Islip, NY, which he quickly 
changed to Apple Pie. If the weather cleared then he would return to that 
area.

Yesterday Omaha 48L was working in the Chester PA area. Since I could only 
hear the aircraft I'm assuming that he was working with the Philly Sector and 
was back in that area today.  It wasn't raining at the time in the DC area so 
he wasn't in the Wash-Baltimore area.
