[Scan-DC] FFX County Analog

I live near Fort Belvoir and hear them with no problem.  Nor have I had any
problem hearing them most anywhere in the south end of the county -
Springfield, Mount Vernon,  Fort Hunt, Hayfield, Lorton, etc.
