I live near Fort Belvoir and hear them with no problem. Nor have I had any
problem hearing them most anywhere in the south end of the county -
Springfield, Mount Vernon, Fort Hunt, Hayfield, Lorton, etc.

have never yet heard any traffic on 854.2875 (Mt.Vernon-Springfield). Is it
used or on a repeater? Lousy reception in other parts of the County if it
is. Generally where does coverage end in the metropolitan area?
