[Scan-DC] Open Channel

For those that use my BBS The Open Channel I have had to re-load all of the
software from scratch.  
So, if you're a current user you'll have to re-register on the system
(sorry).  That
also means that the system is kinda at the basement, and I have to re-load
the conferences, etc.

If you would like to try the system it is dial-up, and works 24/7 (except
for down time
for maintenence, etc), and is free.
