[Scan-DC] Media await John Walker Lindh?

I am line-of-site from the Alexandria Jail as well.  I set my scanner up a 
few weeks ago to listen to CAP online while I'm at work.

It's currently scanning Alexandria's Trunked system including the Sheriff's 
talk-group.

It's online for a good portion of the day and night (anytime I'm not
