[Scan-DC] Jan 22, 23 VHF log

Sim, 124.775 is a DC CAP freq the AWACS and tankers use to talk to zdc. 
Polar, not Bolar are the F-16's from the Minnesota ANG that fly the DC CAP. 
Bolar are C-5's from Dover AFB. I hear most of the DC CAP from where I am, 
and a little of the NYC CAP. I also get alot of Pax River stuff, along with 
fighters coming out of Langley AFB.
