Hi everyone,
I have a VHF low and two airband logs I'd like to share with you. Enjoy.

VHF low-band log:

In the past few days, I discovered few VHF lowband frequencies while I
was using my pre-programmed Uniden BC-350A to scan police and Fire/EMS
frequencies. It seems that conditions are right for VHF-low skip.
Unfortunately, I didn't hear any callsigns or locations that would aid me in
identifying the stations.

January 18 - 20, 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM.

33.90	Talbot Co., MD Fire/EMS? I am sure I heard a dispatch for a medical
emergency.
42.12 South Carolina or West Virginia Highway Patrol?
42.16 Unkown, maybe CA, MS, IN or PA Highway Patrol?
42.42 Unkown, maybe CA, IN, MA or TN Highway Patrol?
42.46 North Carolina Highway Patrol?
42.56 North Carolina Highway Patrol?

I heard some noise on all frequencies, but the audio I was able to
understand the dispatcher. Not bad for a $130 double conversion scanner
with a 40 inch telescoping antenna.

VHF Airband log for the 19th and 20th. All times are in EST, frequencies
are in MHz.

January 19

7:35 PM - 7:45 PM

138.0 - Vader flight, miscellaneous gossip.
141.875 - VA ANG F-16s Bash flight, miscellaneous gossip

9:30
138.0 - Vader flight again. Two pilots noticed that a Magic (NATO E-3
AWACS) "showed up".

    January 20th:

2:59 - 3:15 AM

138.43 - DC ANG 121st FS? No callsigns heard. It seems that the pilots
are sightseeing: One pilot mentioned that he saw an airport with three
intersecting runways. Another pilot thought it was National Airport. Then
they talked about the location of the Pentagon with respect to National
Airport.

5:07 - 6:45 PM

141.875 - VA ANG F-16s Bash flight. Heard a callsign that ended in 2,
probably Bash 32. Miscellaneous gossip. This is only the second time I've
heard this frequency active.

5:16 PM
133.1	- Skyhawk? contacted the Manassas Airport (HEF) tower. I haven't
heard Skyhawk before; maybe it was Skyfox (Fox 5's news helicopter).

8:00 - 8:30 PM
138.0	- Heard a pilot mention something about the Bravo CAP.

Let me know if I should use another time format such as Military or UTC.
