Yup I remember it like yesterday. I had just gotten home from
electronics school and turned on the scanners when the first call went
out on DC Fire 154.190. I wish I still had those tapes! That was when I
first leaned what V-1 and V-R terms were. If anybody has tapes of that
day I sure would like a copy!
