[SADXA] VK9LAA is QRV again

The DXpedition's plane ride back from Lord Howe island has been delayed, 
with no reschedule date given for the flight.  So the team has decided 
to reactivate VK9LAA once again to fill in the otherwise wasted time.  
They will set up one antenna and put one station on the air.  They 
didn't say which bands they would be on, only that there would be no 
160m activity.

GL on this one last chance to work VK9LAA on a new band.
