Since you, like I do, are using a non-resonant beam you can't expect normal 
patterns from it.  As I posted in another message, they are currently Q5 on 
12-meter SSB while the propagation program (W6EL) shows no propagation.  So it 
could be from anywhere.

BTW. 3Y0J is delayed.  They still have material in Merry Ole England that 
belongs on the boat.  They are predicting shoving off on Monday.
