Just worked them on 24.924 plain old FT8 of course.  Funny thing is that
their strongest signal was when i had my 10M beam pointed at about 320
deg.  Almost 90 deg off their direct of long path. They peaked out
really well but an hour or so earlier i couldn't even hear them.

Why can't i hear FT8WW as well?  Almost the same direction, about 70
deg.  guess they are just in the middle of a "skip" zone to use a CB
term.  Anyway i just don't hear them but it's the same with the Maldives
station.  I never hear them no matter which way i turn the antenna, LP
or SP.  Hope i don't have that problem with 3Y0J.
