Congratulations.

I wasted most of the day setting up for the ARRL Frequency Measuring Test 
(FMT).  I'm not sure I can get *any* numbers out of my measurements.  Doppler 
was huge, signal strengths varied 20-30 dB from multipath. Then one of the two 
stations started his call up early and I not watching the clock , started my 
recording 5 minute recording early too, only to run out of time before the test 
ended.  I record the IQ data out of an SDR and play it back later since the 
keydown test time is only one minute.

I'm usually good to a few milli-Hertz but if I get within a few Hz I'll be 
surprised.
