When they're using MSHV you can call them in F/H or in Simplex, MSHV 
doesn't care.

Also, if they're running MSHV you can call them in Simplex *TX-2* it 
reduces the number of cycles needed to make the Q, he probably doesn't 
care about your Grid Square.

The only time Grid Square "might" be important is if the DX is filtering 
by Grid Square in order to work by region.
