After our phone call I just called them back on 15 SSB and asked about 160.  He 
said they were working on 80 meter antenna and would try to get 160 up as well, 
maybe today.  But he said there are only four guys and winds are constant at 30 
knots with rain every day.  I told him we would be on the lookout.  I forgot to 
ask about mode but I'd guess FT8 at least at first.
