[SADXA] Getting confirmations for old 3D2AG QSOs

Any envelopes with green stamps in them never seemed to find their way
to Tony. What worked for me was my QSL being sent with an SASE return
envelope, using the correct amount of Fiji Islands postage stamps. The
process took several months to complete but it was s pretty reliable
method of getting one of his cards. I guess the postal workers didn't
want to collect Fiji postage stamps as much as they did dollar bills.
Mail is going into and out of Fiji again but the SASE process can't be
used anymore. The guy who used to sell foreign postage stamps (Bill
Plum) has retired and an alternative vendor couldn't be found. If
anybody knows of one, please let me know about it.
