The BBC have started broadcasting to Ukraine on 15735 and 5875 kHz. See

They were booming into Tucson on 15735 kHz this morning, from 1400 to 
1600 UTC.
A continuing update on the very distressing news, but an effective 
propagation beacon for EU-AZ propagation.
