Hi Carl
I slept in this morning and only worked RM0F and a handfull of USA. Yesterday
AM I worked 6 JAs and one BY. There was another BY on this morning with a
decent signal but he was deaf. Lotsa callers but I never heard him answer
anyone. It's funny that even without an RX antenna (that everyone says is
necessary) I still hear better than I get out on topband.
Sometimes I think of QRO, but I only got on this band to make 9-band DXCC and
I'm at 144 confirmed. At my age I should be cutting back, not building a better
station :-)
