This was done by Montana PBS.  I know (have worked) some of these guys.  I 
worked Lance, W7GJ, then WA1JXN, on 2-meter EME in 1982 and have his QSL seen 
near the end of the video.  He was the first to contact Owen W5LFL, in the space 
shuttle.  I heard that exchange but when I went to transmit, not having a relay 
sequencer with the multi-mode transceiver needed for FM, I blew the 
tower-mounted GaAs FET preamp.  I had to climb the tower and put in a JFET 
preamp and worked him on the next pass.  Lance's signal report was so-so.  Mine 
was "You're the loudest signal heard in the spacecraft."
