[SADXA] Words to the wise.

Having spent half of my career in the public IT sector, I can say with
some authority that it's riddled with people who routinely produce
buggy, convoluted, and unmaintainable computer systems.  I spent a
considerable minority of my time in weeding the grossly incompetent ones
out of my staff.  It turned out to be a very long and time-consuming
process.  Most managers aren't willing to go through that pruning effort.
