[SADXA] DX Spot

I think that solar storm just hit.  He was there at first but then 
quickly became inaudible most (90%+) of the time, fading right into the 
ambient noise level.  Mostly only random letters could be heard; his 
call was clear only once after the fading began.  That was five to ten 
minutes ago.  Now nothing can be heard.
