[SADXA] Windows 11 bug

None of my computers have enough horsepower to run Win 11, so this is secondhand 
info. Gary, NA6O, reported in the VNWA group.io that when he had trouble setting 
up his soundcard to run the VNWA software he discovered a problem.

The VNWA software uses two audio channels for processing and while Windows Setup 
reported that audio enhancements were disabled on the Aux channel (a necessity), 
the Advanced (Control Panel app) showed them enabled.
